Robyn Beth Priestley
An advertising, graphic design and marketing professional for over 25 years, Robyn has been working for non-profits in a variety of positions, including membership assistant, event director, communications director and media consultant for over 10 years. She is currently the Executive Director of the St. Paul Art Collective, on a part-time consultant basis. Her experience includes non-profit administration, budgeting, planning and development, graphic design, marketing and promotions, media relations, event organization, membership and volunteer services, database design and management, and art fair/exhibition planning and implementation. Robyn has an M.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a practicing and exhibiting artist.

Carstens Smith
A professional writer, editor and instructor, Carstens has been working with non-profits for over 10 years. Her experience includes successful grantwriting for operational, capital campaign and single-event projects, media and promotional campaigns, volunteer recruitment and training, and editing and writing content for a variety of projects and organizations. Her experiences includes working with adults and children, Hmong and Southeast Asian communities and victims of violence. She has been editor-in-chief for Minnesota Parent Magazine and a free-lance writer for over 20 years. She is an instructor and has developed curriculum for writing and English as a Second Language courses. She is currently an instructor for an instructor for Bridge for Success at Hope Community and at Hamline University. Carstens received her MA at the University of Arizona-Tucson in Teaching English as a Second Language.
